Return/Exchange Policy:

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. However if a product is defective or damaged during shipping, please send us an email with photo proof of the damage and we would gladly accommodate. If you need to exchange your damaged item(s) please contact us at goldenaussie@yahoo.com within 2 business days of receipt. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please measure your pet's neck for correct sizing, and send us an email if you have any questions prior to ordering.  

 

Processing Time:

Our current processing time is 10-12 business days (date your order is placed to date your order is shipped). We will try our hardest to get your orders to you as soon as possible, but please bear with us as we both work full time jobs and products are all made to order.

 

International Duty & Import Taxes:

We utilize Delivered at place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). We, as the seller, are only responsible for shipping the product, and you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid up front. Therefore, an international  purchase might result in additional charges to the customer.

 

Cleaning & Care:

We recommend hand washing your fabric products with a gentle soap and warm water, then allow to air dry. Machine dryers may shrink, wrinkle, or disfigure your product.

Our products are uniquely made to order for you and your pup, therefore they may vary slightly in color, pattern, size and/or shape. 

Unfortunately, our products are not animal proof. Our bandanas are made to tie around the neck, which can pose a safety hazard. Please monitor your pets while wearing any accessories. Golden Aussie Co. is not responsible for damage due to misuse.
