Our current processing time is 10-12 business days (date your order is placed to date your order is shipped). This excludes weekends & holidays. If you order around a holiday, please keep in mind shipping may also be delayed.

We try to process our orders within a few days of receiving them, but we are both full time nurses & it may takes us a few days to get started on your order after it is placed. You will recieve an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All of our products are made to order. We love creating products for you & we want to spend the time making sure we are shipping quality items.

If you are needing your order sooner than our anticipated times, please send us an email at goldenaussie@yahoo.com and we will always try to accomodate!

Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges.

However if a product is defective or damaged during shipping, please send us an email with photo proof of the damage and we would gladly accommodate.

If you need to exchange your damaged item(s) please contact us at goldenaussie@yahoo.com within 2 business days of receipt.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please measure your pet's neck for correct sizing, and send us an email if you have any questions prior to ordering. 

We utilize Delivered at place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). We, as the seller, are only responsible for shipping the product, and you, the customer, are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, upon delivery.

Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid up front. Therefore, an international  purchase might result in additional charges to the customer.

Our products are uniquely made to order for you and your pup, therefore they may vary slightly in color, pattern, size and/or shape. 

Unfortunately, our products are not animal proof. Our bandanas are made to tie around the neck, which can pose a safety hazard. Please monitor your pets while wearing any accessories. Golden Aussie Co. is not responsible for damage due to misuse.

FAQ

Bandanas - We recommend hand washing your fabric products with a gentle soap and warm water, then allow to air dry.

Machine dryers may shrink, wrinkle, or disfigure your product.

Iron as needed to reduce wrinkles. Do NOT iron over any vinyl. You can place a piece of fabric over top of the vinyl, and iron on top of that.

Key Fobs, Scrunchies, Bow Ties + Bows - hand wash only, with cool water. Lay flat to dry.

T-Shirts, Crewnecks, + Baby Onesies - turn inside out, wash with cool water, on a delicate setting to ensure the vinyl does not peel or crack. Hang to dry.

Before purchasing a bandana, we recommend measuring your pups neck & referring to our size chart

To measure their neck, you can take a soft tape measure or a piece of string, leaving an extra 1-2" for comfort. Take into consideration extra fluff. If your pup is between sizes are still growing, we recommend sizing up!

Our bandanas are made to tie on, with the option to add a snap for a more secure fit.

Unfortunately, you are only able to use one discount code per order.

We do periodically have sales in which the products are marked down from their original price, and you are able to combine discount codes with these sales.

All of our ambassadors/models have discount codes to share with their friends. You can find their discount codes in our instagram story highlight, or on their instagrams as well.

If you use a sale code and are unable to use a model code - give your friend credit for the referral by mentioning his/her name in the notes at checkout!

Golden Aussie ambassadors are our original models when our shop opened! They have been with us through thick & thin. We have promoted some term models to ambassadors who continuously purchase & support our business.

Each season (every3 months), we post a new model search on Instagram. Keep an eye out for the next one!

As much as we would love to say yes & participate in every giveaway and celebrate every milestone, unfortunately as a small business we are unable to do so. We hope that you understand & do not take it personal if we decline.

We do however, participate in all of our ambassador/model giveaways, as that is one of their perks.

If you would like to purchase a gift card or product from our shop to include in your giveaway, we would be happy to help promote it!

One of our favorite parts of packaging every order is including a special treat for all of your pups to enjoy! Our personalized branded treats are made by our amazing friend, Jillian at Puptown Treats.

These treats do contain peanut butter. If your pup has an allergy to peanuts, please let us know in the notes at checkout when ordering so we can provide an alternative treat for your pup to enjoy!
